Mary Field
FMC Accredited Mediator and Director
Mary spent many years as a family law solicitor and is now an experienced FMC Accredited Family Mediator and Professional Practice Consultant with additional qualifications including Child Inclusive Mediation. She is a member of Resolution and is committed to help clients find solutions which are constructive, child-focused and fair.

Craig Brookes
FMC Accredited Mediator and Director
Craig has committed the last 15 years of his professional life to family law and mediation, helping families in need through his work as both a mediator and PPC. He is also a qualified solicitor and advocate, and has previously practiced family law in London.
Craig qualified as a Commercial Mediator in 2008 and then went on to complete his foundation training in Family Mediation in 2010. In the years that came after his initial qualifications, Craig went on to achieve FMCA status for all issues family mediation in 2012 and practiced mediation from Kent FMS and South Essex FMS from that time. In 2015 he became a PPC and began supervising other mediators. In 2018 he was appointed Director and PPC of Surrey Family and Mediation Services and in 2022 was appointed external PPC for The Family Mediation Trust.
Sue Jago
FMC Accredited Mediator and Director
Sue is a very experienced FMC accredited Family Mediator and Professional Practice Consultant. She has the skills and qualifications to practice Child Inclusive Mediation when required. Sue undertakes mediation alongside her practice as a specialist Family Solicitor. She is a trained collaborative lawyer, an accredited member of Resolution and is committed to helping her clients resolve issues resulting from the breakdown in their relationship in a fair and amicable way by agreement.
Sue mediates in Crawley, Haywards Heath, Horsham, Redhill and Reigate.
Margaret Pendlebury
Professional Practice Consultant
Margaret is an experienced FMC Accredited Family Mediator and Professional Practice Consultant. Margaret is committed to promoting and developing the highest standards of mediation practice. In 2014 she was shortlisted for the Family Law ADR Practitioner award, and in 2015 she won the Legal Aid Lawyer of the Year (LALY) award for Family Mediation.
Zalika Akinsete
FMC Accredited Mediator
Zalika Akinsete is an experienced, FMC fully accredited, all-issues family mediator with advanced mediation qualifications, including Child Inclusive Mediation. She is experienced in facilitating amicable resolutions in families, with children’s best interest being paramount. Zalika prides herself in drawing upon her vast experience, knowledge, empathy, creativity and use of active listening and other counselling skills to assist families in forming amicable resolutions to their issues and concerns.
Zalika mediates in Croydon and Sutton.
